Evening one Intense from Beginning to End...

Week won saw the Oldstars take Game 1 and drop Game 2 when Dan Foreman played young
Great Success In Week One
This first week proved very successful after an unfortunate cancellation of the scheduled debute. None the less, this week proved to live up to the hype as the speed, by comment of some had increased greatly in everyones game. Also the penalty percentage went down dramatically in comparison to last year.
Everyone appeared to have had fun in Week one, as there were Eighteen bodies out for the first evening who played the game and five spectators, which is awesome guys. It was very impressing and everyone deserves at pat on the back for this evening and really we are all Stars tonight.
When Trouble strikes
When trouble strikes, one must seek to fix it in any situation. The greatest problem so far has been with the sticks people are using and footware, which I consider a decent problem. For next week we ask that everyone have a stick without black tape, but rather taped with white tape instead. The black tape marks the floors badly.
Also marking shoes Cannot be used. We must do everything to avoid marking up the floors, because if we fail, we abuse our privelage. If this happens often then Hockey Night cannot continue for long.
Everyone I ask to please help deal with this problem. This is such a blessing to all of us and the fun we had tonight was nothing compared to what is to come.
Our Pepsi Three Stars of the Game
1st Star of the game recorded a Hockey Night record 7 Goals in his first game back. This man played great the whole evening and not only scored but sought helpers from teamates all evening. This man was by far the best player for tonight and He is the Old Stars...
Adam Hanson who recorded 8G, 6A, 14P
2nd Star of the game was only playing his 2nd and 3rd ever games at Hockey Night In Burtt's Corner and proved to equal out his statistics on this night. In all, he was the transitional player. I recall once on this evening he got a wrap around to beat the Old Stars goaltender Seth, who played his second game this evening. Our Star from the Youngsters...
Jacob Ebbett who recorded 6G, 6A, 12P
3rd Star of the game is renouned from last season for his penalty minutes, although on this night, he stayed out of trouble for the majority of the game. This certainly proved as a blessing to him, as he almost out did his last season totals in one night. In fact, I believe this is the first time the youngsters have ever had two stars on the Weekly Star report and the third star from the youngers...
Christian Haines who recorded 7G, 4A, 11P
Thankyou to all who attended tonight, we will see you next week at 6:00pm, where we will hope to here a message delivered by Darrell Haines for our pre-game prep.
God Bless! and Enjoy your weeks....

Good stuff man, can't believe that Goalie didn't make a game star though!! hahaha
Man your lucky guys that I decided to pass the ball around all night... Next week watch out!...(Ashlee Albright and her cheep shotting me from behind agh!) I am going out as a force... oh yeah!
What about defensive player and/or pair of the game? I feel that the McGuigan/Roy combo must be acknowledged for their sound defensive play all night long.
They played well, but get no credit because of the low point totals lol.... nice try Lori
